Our website and dashboard
We set one strictly necessary cookie, immoparse_session, when you sign in to the dashboard. It keeps you signed in and is protected against access by other sites. It is deleted when the session ends or you sign out.
"immoparse" in these technical names is the internal platform name used by Moovers CommV. It appears only in technical identifiers like this one.
We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels.
To see whether this website works, that is how many people visit, which sections they read and whether they try the widget, we measure it ourselves, on this domain. There is no third-party analytics service, no cookie and no identifier stored in your browser. If you arrive through one of our advertisements, the campaign labels from that link are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that a signup can be credited to the advertisement; they identify the advertisement, not you. Each visit is counted using a short-lived code derived on our server from your IP address and browser type together with a secret that changes every day. Your IP address is never stored, and once the day turns, that day's codes can no longer be linked to any later visit. We keep these event records for 90 days and the daily totals derived from them indefinitely.
The price-estimate widget
The widget on an agency's website uses the browser's session storage, not cookies, to remember the state of your request during your visit, for example whether the widget is minimised. It is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, it is deleted when the browser tab closes, and it is not used to track you across sites.
The widget sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
For agencies
Because the widget runs on your website, describe it in your own privacy information. The technical summary you need is exactly the section above: strictly necessary session storage only. Australia has no consent-banner requirement of the European kind, and the widget would not trigger one in any case, because it stores nothing that is not needed for the request the visitor made. If that ever changes, we will notify account owners before the change ships.
